What you’ll be doing

Key Technologies: LLMs, RAG architectures, Vector Databases

• Build out Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for our conversational AI assistant.
• Integrate vector databases and embedding stores to power AI-driven search and recommendations.
• Develop knowledge retrieval and indexing systems to ground LLM responses in accurate, business-specific data.
• Prototype and deploy AI assistants that help users chat with their data.
• Collaborate with the CTO to bring AI-native thinking into core product features.
• Explore and implement AI-driven automation for actionable insights.

What we’re looking for*

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML/NLP applications.
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and conversational AI workflows.
• Experience with LLMs, either fine-tuning or integrating into applications.
